2、保证车库门电机在运行过程中有良好的润滑。一般来说，车库门电机运行每5000小时左右，就要补充或更换润滑脂，若运行中发现轴承过热或润滑变质时，应及时液压或换润滑脂。更换润滑脂时，应先旧的润滑油，并用汽油洗净轴承及轴承盖的油槽，然后将润滑脂填充在轴承内外圈之间的空腔的1/2、2/3处。

2. Ensure that the garage door motor has good lubrication during operation. Generally speaking, the garage door motor needs to be replenished or replaced with lubricating grease every 5000 hours of operation. If bearings are found to be overheated or the lubrication deteriorates during operation, hydraulic pressure or lubricating grease should be replaced in a timely manner. 3、大家当车库门电机的热保护连续发生振动时，必须要先查明故障来自哪个方向，看电机还是超负荷或保护装置整定值太低的问题，待故障后，才能投入正常运行中。

4、一旦发现车库门电机运行的振动及噪声明显增大时，就说明电机轴承的寿命已到达极限，这时需要检查轴承的径向游隙是否达到相关数值，并及时更换新的电机轴承。

5、若车库门电机发生故障，必须要拆卸时，轴伸端或非伸端处都可以取出转子。若需要从定子中抽出转子时，应注意防止损坏定子的绕组或绝缘。
